1. Service Agreement

By using our repair services or booking through phonemastermalta.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Phone Master provides mobile phone and device repair services at 43 Triq il-Kappillan Mifsud, Il-Ħamrun HMR 1178, Malta.

2. Repair Services

  • All repairs are performed by our trained technicians using quality replacement parts.
  • We provide a free diagnostic assessment before quoting any repair.
  • You will receive a transparent quote before any work begins. We will not proceed without your authorization.
  • Repair times are estimates. While we aim for the fastest turnaround possible, complex repairs may take longer.

3. Warranty Policy

  • All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering defects in the replacement parts and our workmanship.
  • The warranty does NOT cover new physical damage (drops, impacts), water damage occurring after repair, software issues unrelated to the repair, or unauthorized tampering by third parties.
  • To claim warranty, bring the device to our shop with your original repair receipt.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices quoted are inclusive of parts and labour.
  • Payment is due upon completion of repair and collection of the device.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.

5. Device Collection

  • Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion.
  • We will attempt to contact you if your device has not been collected.
  • Phone Master is not responsible for devices not collected within 60 days.

6. Data and Privacy

  • We do not access your personal data (photos, messages, etc.) during repair unless explicitly authorized for data recovery services.
  • We recommend backing up your device before bringing it in for repair.
  • While we take every precaution, Phone Master is not liable for data loss during repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phone Master's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
